A day with an experienced trail runner within Wales' largest National Park including top tips on how to get into trail running in addition to taking part in a relaxed trail run on great trails.

- Tea, coffee and snacks will be provided before and after the run where there will be talks on how to get into trail running in your local area, kit, weather and staying safe on the trails.
- Based in the vibrant village of Betws-y-Coed, all runs are accessible from the village.
- The route will take you into forests, along rivers, past Llyns (lakes) and around waterfalls in a beautiful part of Wales .

Dean RussellDean Russell is an active trail runner , climber and mountaineer with over 20 years experience. He is a qualified Mountaineering and Climbing Instructor (MCI) and has the British Athletics Fell Leadership in Running Fitness (FLiRF) award. Dean has competed in numerous trail races over the years and finished the Ultra Trail du Mont Blanc in 2017.
