A two day course in the heart of the Snowdonia National Park focusing on giving you all the skills and experience you need to confidently enjoytrails across the UK.

  • Perfect for runners who regularly run 10km or more on any terrain who are looking to take their running into the mountains and onto the trails .

 

  • All aspects of trail running are covered including  navigation , navigation strategies, running technique over different terrains, weather, clothing, essential kit, route planning, decision making, emergency situations and a lot more!

 

  • Great balance offered with interactive sessions and practical running - don’t worry we will be spending plenty of time on the hills.

 

  • Spend the weekend with like minded people who share the same passion as you.

 

 

  • Based in the heart of the Snowdonia National Park that encompasses some of the finest scenery in the UK.

 

  • Interactive morning sessions based out of Caban Cyf with refreshments to keep you fuelled up.

Dean Russell is an active trail runner , climber and mountaineer with over 20  years experience. He is a qualified Mountain Leader and has the British Athletics Fell Leadership in Running Fitness (FLiRF) award.  Dean has competed in numerous trail races over the years and finished the Ultra Trail du Mont Blanc in 2017, the Dennis Rankin Round, Tour de Mote Rosa and the Abraham Tea Cup Round in 2019.
